Iti Kōpara Course Terms and Conditions
Registration
Acceptance of an Application for a place for available course dates will be advised by email and will create a binding contract on the following terms and conditions between Iti Kōpara and the applicant and any other person nominated and accepted for the course.
Payment
An invoice will be provided for the course fee when acceptance of an Application is advised by email. Payment of the invoice is required within 15 working days. If payment has not been received within 15 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Course Cancellation
A course may be cancelled by Iti Kōpara either due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control or should the minimum number of participant registrations not be reached. If your course is cancelled your registration will be transferred to a future agreed course. Iti Kōpara cannot accept liability for non-refundable travel, accommodation or other costs in the event of course cancellation.
Transfer and Cancellation
Substitution
If the person registered cannot attend a similarly qualified substitute from the same organisation may be proposed as a substitute up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course, but otherwise the following terms will apply to amendments to the original registration. If an appropriate substitute is supplied within the 48 hours prior to a course commencing, an administrative fee of $200 may be applied.
Transfers
Transfers refer to a situation where the person registered transfers to the next available identical course.
No transfers are normally permitted within 14 days prior to commencement of the course.
Transfer and cancellation fees
The transfer and cancellation fees below are the percentage of the course price payable, unless a specific amount is listed. Consideration will be given to unforeseeable personal circumstances. The timeframes lead to the course commencement date.

Personal Information
Iti Kōpara will not sell your personal information. The only circumstances in which external organisations may be given access to your personal information are when our contractors and service providers are helping us operate our business or provide a service to you.
