A two-day course for directors and senior leaders in regulatory agencies on the essentials for effective governance in the regulatory context. Developed in collaboration with MBIE and the Ministry for Regulation | Te Manatū Waeture.

Strategic Financial Governance

A one-day course in collaboration with Treasury and the Public Service Commission | Te Kawa Mataaho. Designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of Board directors of Crown entities and Crown entity companies in exercising strategic financial governance of their organisation’s strategy and outcomes.
Please express your interest in the Strategic Financial governance course that will be offered from 2026. Attendance will be via application as we curate each cohort to maintains a ratio of existing and aspiring directors that enables the best experience for everyone.
